An abattoir was looking for a three tonne ice machines for their processing plant but space inside the building was tight so they needed a machine that could be located outside under a lean to type roof. A UBE 3.000 was specified from our industrial range of intrinsically hygienic granular flake ice machines. To ensure reliable year round operation it was equipped with stainless steel frame and panels, closely coupled remote condenser and frostguard protection.
The frame was made large enough for access to the control panel and allow room for the annual maintenance required for this model.
The frame and roof were supplied by the customer (roof not yet added in picture) while the ice machine and insluated ice boxes were supplied and installed by Ziegra.
